commercial - the process
THE PROCESS

The first step is to get in touch. Send me a quick email and let me know a little bit about your business and what you're after. Including links to your website or social media is helpful, or if you're just starting out then a short description about your brand. If you also have seen any of my work that you feel resonates with what you're after, or have any reference photos, please attach those as well.

Once I've received your enquiry email, I'll get back in touch to ask any other questions I have. If you want to just discuss your ideas via email that's absolutely fine. Or, if you'd like to discuss your ideas a little more, I'm always more than happy to book in a call to chat.

As soon as I've got all the information I need from you, I'll prepare a quote. I always aim to get this to you within 2 working days. I'll also confirm the turnaround time for your illustrations/designs so you'll know exactly when you can expect them.

Once the quote has been agreed, I'll ask for a 50% deposit. I'll then get to work on creating your designs.

As soon as the illustrations are finished, I'll send you over a watermarked proof to approve. This is also your chance to make any little changes you'd like. Once you're totally happy with the finished creation, I'll then take the remaining payment before sending you the final files.

WHAT WILL I RECEIVE?
You'll receive high resolution files of your illustrations which can be used anywhere across your branding. I can send the illustrations in the most appropriate file type depending on the intended use.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

The price can vary greatly depending on the amount of work involved. Once I know more about your project, I can then create a customised quote, which is usually calculated as a flat fee.
HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ILLUSTRATIONS?
This again depends on how much work is involved. I do like to work to as quick a turnaround time as possible, and will always be upfront on the expected time it will take to complete your project. If you do have time constraints for your project I'll accommodate as best as possible.
WHAT IF I NEED TO MAKE ANY CHANGES?
Once I've completed your illustrations, I'll send you watermarked versions for you to approve. At this time you can make any minor changes you'd like before the designs are finalised.
WILL I OWN THE ILLUSTRATIONS?

All illustrations created belong to me. Unless agreed at an extra cost, I do withhold the right to use illustrations or elements of illustrations in other projects.
